Big City Bread Cafe is owned by Matthew Scott and his wife Deenan, who reside in Athens with their three children. Matthew is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Charleston with 16 years of experience as a chef in professional kitchens in South Florida, Charleston, South Carolina and Athens.
